Addifavit and Oaths Notarization

An affidavit is a written declaration made by a person under oath outside of a courtroom. Affidavits are most frequently used to demonstrate the veracity of statements made in court or during other forms of discussions. Oaths are used as well, as they serve as a promise to the person's honesty and guarantee their willingness to be honest towards the law.
